Family conflict is inevitable and something that shouldn't be ignored, but also shouldn't be confronted with a hot head. As a teenager you have so much to think about - school, friends, parents, partying, gaming... the list goes on. But remember your family is a central support system and will always be there for you, so it’s important not to take advantage of that.

Communication is the key in all relationships. Storming around and chucking things doesn’t seem to be working for you? I wonder why..? There are different approaches you can take that may give you a better result rather than chucking the dummy. Maybe it’s a matter of looking more in depth at the conflict with your parents and seeing where this stems from and your different approaches to communication. I know most of us have probably said things like "Yeh, well if I had my way..." and "I’m right and you’re wrong!"
