Being a Habbo Guide can be a frustrating experience, or a fun experience. Even in the short period of time I have spent as a guide, I can already see people having trouble with guiding. To help some of you out, here are a few tips on how you should successfully guide a new Habbo!
1. Don’t just try to help them, also welcome them to Habbo. Not only is this what guides should be doing, but it also will make you sound polite.
2. Be patient and polite with whoever you are guiding. They might be hard to understand, they might not talk much, or they might just be rude! Whatever the case, keep your cool, have a high tolerance and continue to help them with whatever they want to know.
3. Remain friends with the Habbos you guide! If you don’t, the system won’t automatically give you your badge and you’ll have to guide even MORE people!
4. Don’t just join the group for the badge. The badge is a symbol of how you have helped those in need, not to show how cool you are. If you are ice, YOU PHAIL! Hahaha... Why aren’t you laughing?
5. Enjoy guiding people. Why would you be guiding people if you don’t like it?
