The ebay scam ;o
Before you start laughing I should remind you that this sort of scam is a very serious and very REAL scam. Have you ever browsed ‘‘Habbo’’ on ebay and come across HC sofas for sale?
STOP! Before you go and buy some consider this, what makes you think you will get the sofas? What makes you think you will get anything? Actually, you will get something and it will be called a fake sale. I have heard of many cases about people who buy Habbo from ebay and get scammed. How do they scam you? It is quite simple really as they post a very real looking ebay listing, make it out to be cheap and of course anyone who loves a bargain will be sure to look at it.
The lucky buyer coughs up their money and the sad thing about it is they will never see what they paid for. There are people on Habbo who scam you for your REAL money. Trust that I know this, as I am a victim. I can assure you that it is not safe as you lose your real money, for something virtual. Do not risk it with dodgy ebay sellers and play it safe by trading in the provided trading rooms in Habbo. Your money is really not worth losing - save it for something better, like candy! :D
