Making friends on Habbo is good fun. But it wouldn’t be so fun if you get a stranger turning up on your doorstep asking for you to meet them somewhere.
There are some really nice people out there in Habbo, but some may not be so nice. Making friends on Habbo is great but keep it safe. Telling everyone your personal info is a very BAD idea.
Here are some tips for keeping your Habbo safe:
- Don’t tell people your phone number. Telling people your phone number will get you prank calls, threats and maybe even a ban from Habbo.
- Don’t tell people your address. If you tell people your address you are risking your safety and those around you. You might end up with a stranger following you!
- Don’t give in to threats. If people threaten you to give them your address or number otherwise they will report you, just ignore them and go to a different room. If they are on your friends list then delete them.
- Don’t tell people your bebo or webpage. Through your own personal page your Habbo “friends” can access your personal information.
