If you’re in a game like falling furniture and the room doesn’t show the owner’s name, you should try searching whoever’s hosting the game. It might not be the owner! If this happens, you should warn all the other players too!
Sometimes, nasty scammers pretend that they can’t trade and they start telling you to drop the furniture into their room and they’ll give you their furniture later. DO NOT fall for this. They will try to scam you because what they’ll do is take your furniture and run away.
You should NEVER give out your personal details just because they’re on your friends list. Even if they’re your friend from real life, you shouldn’t say any of your personal details just in case there are other people in the room.
If people tell you to go on a website that gives you free credits, NEVER go on the site because there is NO such thing as free credits! Don’t even try going on the site to see if it’s true or not because they can send you a virus that could do things to your account.
Sometimes people also pretend to be a Habbo staff or even to know a Habbo staff. If they say they’re Habbo staff, they should have a special badge. If they say something like ‘I have a Habbo staff’s email address!’ do NOT think about adding the email address because Habbo staff will never give out their personal details.
