Wow with over 1,500 entries for this comp the judges certainly had their work cut out choosing a future Olympic Sport. There was everything from the existing sports like surfing, rugby, cricket, netball and futsul to the newer ones of dancing, skipping, parkor, rock-climbing, hackysack, ultimate Frisbee and paintball.

Then there were the geeky suggestions of computer gaming, chess, spelling bees, dominoes and fastest typing and texting comps. Nostalgia for childhood games were also popular with a lot of Habbos wanting to see Marco Polo, Hide & Seek, Bullrush, Tunnel Ball and Egg & Spoon races as Olympic events.

Finally there were the strange and unusual. Shopping, extreme knitting, bum sliding, thumb wrestling, pen clicking, underwater sandwich making, nose-hair plucking and the Hamish & Andy favourite: ghosting!

With so many people suggesting similar sports the judges finally picked the winners who were a little more original and/or had taken a bit more effort with their entries.

So without further ado the Habbo Deck and 100 Credits go to: U-thinkUknowMe with his suggestion of Ultimate Sock Wrestling.
"Competitors battle it out inside of a wrestling ring but with the main objective being to remove the sock off of the foot of their opponent. Normal wrestling rules apply but with addition of new techniques such as tickling. Athletes can either compete in singles or tag team competition as well as cage matches and pillow fights. Points are awarded for executing techniques, pins and holds. The athlete with the highest point score after three, five minute rounds is declared the winner. Removing the sock from your opponent automatically ends the round with the competitor still wearing their sock receiving bonus points. Sock wrestling should be included in the next Olympics for the sheer hilarity of watching muscle bound athletes fighting over a sock."
