Japanese Fruit Pie
Ingredients:
1 ea Cube margarine,melted,cooled
1 c Sugar
2 ea Eggs,beaten
1/2 ts Vinegar
1 ts Vanilla extract
1/2 c Chopped dates
1/2 c Coconut
1/2 c Chopped nuts
1 ea Unbaked pie shell
Preparation:
Combine margarine, sugar, eggs, vinegar and vanilla in bowl. Mix well. Stir in dates, coconut and nuts. Pour into pie shell. Bake in 300 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until brown. Makes 6 to 8 servings.

1 banana
10 ounces of milk
8 ice cubes
Chocolate powder
Preparation:
Put milk in blender then 8 ice cubes 3 scoops of chocolate mix powder and one banana cut up. Blend for 30 seconds serves 2.

Reuben Sandwich

2 slices rye bread
1 tablespoon butter, softened
2 ounces thinly sliced corned beef
2 ounces sauerkraut
1 slice mozzarella cheese
Preparation:
1. Heat medium skillet over medium heat. Butter bread on one side. Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, in skillet. Layer corned beef, sauerkraut and mozzarella on bread. Top with remaining slice of bread. Cook, turning once, until bread is browned, sandwich is heated through and cheese is melted.
