If you want to report someone for breaking the Habbo Way you should use the 'Live Help' and report their actions to an on-duty Moderator as soon as it happens. We need evidence to ban people from Habbo and a report sent from the Live Help tool will ensure the offending Habbo is dealt with as swiftly as possible.

Free email services, such as Hotmail, often mistakenly identify email from Habbo as spam and take action by placing the email directly into your junk or spam mail folder. If you have used the Habbo Help Tool and not received an response, you should always check the junk mail folder.
If you are not receiving email to either your main Hotmail inbox OR your junk mail folder, you should check your junk mail settings to ensure that you have not selected the option to delete junk mail automatically or to block the sender.
Hotmail automatically deletes email in the junk mail folder after 5 days, so it's a good idea to check every day after sending a request through the Habbo Help Tool.
