If you see someone break the Habbo Way you should send a 'Call for Help' and report them, then leave the room.

If you break the Habbo Way you will be alerted, kicked from the room or banned from Habbo Hotel.

Habbo Hotel is a place where people come to relax, hang out and make new friends in a safe, non-threatening environment. The Habbo Way helps to maintain this safe, non-threatening environment.

If you can't get into the hotel and you got a pop-up window saying that you were removed for breaking the Habbo Way, you have been banned from the hotel. For further clarification on why you have been banned please see the Why am I banned?.

Most bans are for two hours only. If your account has been banned from Habbo for more than 7 days and you want to question the ban, then you should email Player Support using the Habbo Help Tool.

No, because these programs change the code that is sent from your computer to the Habbo Hotel servers. This is expressly forbidden in our Terms and Conditions and any Habbo using such programs will be banned permanently and his/her details may be passed on to the police.

This applies to any changes you make to your Habbo character, to guest rooms and to items of furniture.

If your son or daughter has been banned from the hotel, it's most likely only for two hours.

However, if he or she cannot get in when this time has elapsed, he or she has most likely broken the hotel's rules in a more serious way and has been banned for longer, maybe even permanently.

All areas of Habbo Hotel have a word filter on them, which filters out offensive words. This covers swearing and racist or sexist language, plus email addresses and phone numbers.

Offensive words are replaced with 'bobba'. The Bobba Filters also work on Habbo names, missions, Stickies and all types of messages sent through the Console.

Here are the most important rules you must follow inside Habbo Hotel. Our Terms and Conditions contains the full list of rules - please read those if you are unsure about how to act. If you break the Habbo Way or the Terms and Conditions, you will be banned from Habbo AU.

You must not:

1. - Tell your password to anyone or ask other Habbos for theirs
2. - Type your password anywhere except when logging into www.habbo.com.au
3. - Tell anyone personal information which could be used to locate you or other people in real life
4. - Steal from or trick Habbos into giving you their passwords, Habbo Credits or furniture.
5. - Use hate speech or make rude comments about a Habbo's race, religion, gender or sexuality.
6. - Discuss or take part in sexual acts with other Habbos.
7. - Abuse, harass or bully other Habbos
8. - Own, sell, run or advertise scam sites and/or retro sites
9. - Give away, trade or sell your Habbo account
10. - Act out or roleplay violent and inappropriate acts, even as a joke
11. - Use any hacking, scripting or editing program within the hotel
12. - Break the law or talk others into breaking it

If you see anyone breaking the rules, please Call for Help so that a Moderator can take action.
