Remember:The only way someone else can get into your account is if you somehow reveal your password - no one can 'hack' you at Habbo AU. For this reason we are not able to recover any items that have been stolen by the person who knows your password, nor can we refund any Credits.
We aim to respond to emails within 72 hours. Please note that emails are only answered within office hours (9.30am to 5.30pm AEST/AEDT Monday to Friday).
Free email services, such as Hotmail, are often targetted by spammers. Because of this, they use strict junk mail filters to control emails. Due to the large volume of emails we send out, Habbo mail can be mistakenly identified as spam.
If you haven't received a reply in your Inbox for several days after using the Habbo Help Tool, check your Junk Mail folder. Hotmail automatically deletes emails in that folder after 5 days, so it's a good idea to check daily.
Also check your junk mail settings to make sure it's not deleting junk mail immediately.
